In Ireland, three types of whiskey are made,
· Pot still whiskey, is a whiskey made from barley and distilled in a Charente’s still
· Single malt whiskey is a whiskey produced in a single distillery.
· Single grain whiskey is a whisky produced in a continuous distillation machine.

Age statement:
Irish whiskey must be matured for a minimum of three years in oak casks, Irish is bottled at a variety of ages, from 3 years to 50 years.
